Mike started his career with The Wingard Corporation in 1986 covering the Houston area. He completed his formal education with a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial distribution from Texas A&M University. Complementing his civilian career, Mike dedicated 13 years of service as a Captain in the Texas Army National Guard.
In his role at CWR, Mike blends his rich military background, extensive plumbing wholesaler knowledge and over three decades of sales expertise. This unique fusion has propelled him to lead one of the top-rated rep agencies in the state of Texas, marked by a trail of multiple awards and unwavering dedication to excellence.
Bonnie Ray
Principal | CFO
Bonnie, a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting. Her journey with CWR commenced in 1995, where she took charge of the bookkeeping and accounting department. Over time, Bonnie's role has expanded, and today, she serves as both CFO and Human Resources Manager.
In her dual capacity, Bonnie is responsible for not only managing finances, but also overseeing all aspects of employee relations and personnel management. Her remarkable organizational skills and forward-thinking approach are the driving forces behind the seamless daily operations at CWR.
